Quest Property Surveys is based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, and founded by Certified Surveyor and Energy Assessor Rob Jones.
Rob began his career in the construction industry with practical trades, he then progressed into site management. Positions held include General Foreman, Assistant Site Manager, Site/Project Manager, for various Contractors and Developers within the West Midlands.
Over the 35 years Rob has collected a portfolio of projects ranging from refurbishment, PRC refurbishment, speculative new house building, contract projects involving college sports/gymnasium, police stations, industrial units, barns conversions and the renovation and conversion of a Grade II listed country house (liaison with English Heritage) into a number of separate units.
Rob’s background, experience and training brings together a wide range of technical and managerial knowledge and skills.
