Homer is located a short distance from the beautiful town of Much Wenlock, there are lovely countryside walks nearby and the village is surrounded by countryside, enjoying some wonderful views towards The Wrekin.

Harley is a charming village with a wealth of history situated on the outskirts of Much Wenlock. The site of a Roman villa has been found nearby and the village is mentioned in the Doomesday book as a manor with enough room for one hundred swine. St Mary’s parish church is first recorded in 1291, although this has since been altered. Harley is also a ‘thankful village’ one of the very few villages which saw no men lost in the First World War. Shops and facilities can be found at Much Wenlock

Sheinton is a small rural village in Shropshire, close to Much Wenlock. The name Sheinton comes from the Saxon ‘Shena-tun’ meaning beautiful place.
