Many of the tenants we have found for landlords stay at the rented property for years which saves on the cost of having to re-advertise regularly. We take great care to select the right person and it is very important to us that the tenants look after and respect your property.

We offer an optional management service which includes collecting the rent, arranging for any repairs to be carried out and making regular inspections. As part of our management service we will also arrange for a comprehensive inventory to be undertaken by Integris Property Solutions, a local, independent company who will inspect the property and provide a detailed inventory including photographs and meter readings.
The tenants’ deposit will be held in a Government approved tenancy deposit scheme, The Deposit Protection Service, whereby the deposit monies are not released back to the tenant unless you are in agreement (full terms and conditions are available in our office or on www.depositprotection.com).
Perhaps the most important thing for you to know about us is that we would never put a tenant in your house that we would not be willing to have living in our own rental property.
